RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  • White-colored garments are eligible for exchange only within 7 days of purchase. No exchanges will be accepted after this period.
  • If the product doesn’t suit you, please inform us as soon as you receive it.
  • All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns and exchanges do not cover items that show damage or wear and tear.
  • Please return your parcel using a traceable postage method. We are not responsible for lost or untraceable returns.
  • Online store credit vouchers must be used in a single transaction. Any unused balance will not be refunded.

If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
